Get ready to meet the dogs!
Driving a dog sled with your own team of huskies is an extraordinary experience and a must-do for anyone visiting Northern Norway. At Camp Tamok, 116 of our fluffy, four-legged, tail-wagging colleagues eagerly await you, along with 13 other two-legged staff members and guides. A unique, snow-covered landscape, panoramic scenery, river valley, and maybe even glimpses of the Northern Lights in the evening await you.
Here are some of our highlights:
Join our Q&A session
Depending on the duration of the drive, the guides may start a Q&A session where you can ask anything related to Tromsø, the Northern Lights, tonight’s tour, or other relevant topics.
Please refrain from asking questions unrelated to your trip.

Sustainability
Norwegian Travel is committed to building a sustainable travel industry in Norway by grounding itself in the communities where we operate, staying in tune with and protecting the wildlife and nature we love to showcase, and providing equitable and safe environments for our staff and guests.
Norwegian Travel Company is Eco-Lighthouse certified. We minimize our carbon footprint, operate resource-efficiently, and work towards being a leader in environmental responsibility within the travel industry.
Huskies are our four-legged colleagues, and we practice responsible animal tourism. In our kennels, we strive to meet the needs of our dogs to the fullest, in line with the five domains of animal welfare: nutrition, environment, physical health, behavioral interactions, and the effect of all the above on the mental health of the animals.
