Get ready to meet the dogs!

Driving a dog sled with your own team of huskies is an extraordinary experience and a must-do for anyone visiting Northern Norway. At Camp Tamok, 116 of our fluffy, four-legged, tail-wagging colleagues eagerly await you, along with 13 other two-legged staff members and guides. A unique, snow-covered landscape, panoramic scenery, river valley, and maybe even glimpses of the Northern Lights in the evening await you.

Here are some of our highlights:

English-speaking guide provided
Lavvu tent used for food service and storytelling
Hot drinks (coffee/tea) and cake
Locally produced food and ingredients
Thermal suit, winter boots, hat, and mittens provided
Drive your own dog sled on a short tour
Photo stop midway through the sled ride
For larger groups, we split into two halves: the first group goes dog sledding, while the second enjoys hot drinks, meets our young dogs, and learns about huskies from our guides; then, the groups switch activities.
Sledding experience: 10–15 minutes driving, 5-minute stop, and 10–15 minutes as a passenger
